The service

Touchline360 is a football coaching suite. Some products are available now, while others are still in development. We will describe the current state of a product honestly; availability can vary by product, plan and deployment. For enterprise organizations, processing of personal data is governed by our Data Processing Addendum.

Your account and club

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, keeping access credentials secure, and for the actions taken through your account. Your club is responsible for deciding who it authorizes to use the service and for keeping that access current.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not try to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, probe another organization’s data, upload harmful material, or use the service in a way that infringes someone else’s rights.

Your content

You keep ownership of the match footage, coaching records and other content your club provides. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, secure and display that content to your authorized users so the service can work. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide it, including for players shown in footage (see our Safeguarding Policy) and compliance with broadcast rights (see our DMCA & Copyright Policy).

Confidentiality

We treat your club’s non-public content as confidential and use it only to operate and support the service, unless you ask us to do otherwise or the law requires disclosure. You should likewise keep non-public information about the service confidential.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available and will work to resolve material problems, backed by our Service Level Agreement & Matchday Commitment. Keep copies of material that is important to your club; product development, maintenance and third-party infrastructure can affect availability.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are quoted for your club rather than sold from a public price list. Any agreed scope, term, payment timing and renewal arrangements will be confirmed with you before a paid subscription starts.

Ending access, deletion and export

Either side may end a subscription according to the agreed arrangement. On request, we will discuss a reasonable export of your club’s available content and the process for deleting it. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, legal obligations or backup recovery for a limited period.

Our work and your feedback

Trequa and its licensors retain rights in the service, its software, design and documentation. Feedback is welcome; if you share it, we may use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you. Our machine learning models are developed strictly pursuant to our AI Ethics Policy.

Disclaimers and limits

The service supports coaching judgment; it does not guarantee sporting, commercial or analytical outcomes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond any written agreement with your club, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change is material, we will make the updated terms available here and update the date of the change. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
