Your matches are yours.
This statement explains what Touchline360, made by Trequa, collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not skimmed.
Last updated 2026-09-09Who this covers
This statement covers the Touchline360 website and Debrief, the hosted coaching workspace. Kickoff Pulse runs entirely on your own computer and sends nothing to us unless you choose to upload a match to Debrief. Select XI is operated separately at select-xi.pro and has its own privacy terms.
What we collect
Account and organization
Your email address, a display name if you set one, the club or organization your account belongs to, and your role in it. Passwords are checked by our server and never stored in your browser.
Match content
The match video you upload, the observations and findings you record, your game model, film sessions, training plans, lineups and match plans. This is the product; we store it so you can come back to it. It belongs to your organization and is never visible to another organization.
Contact form
When you use the contact page we receive the name, email address and message you enter, delivered to us by email so we can reply. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Cookies and browser storage
Debrief sets one cookie, touchline_session, which keeps you signed in for up to thirty days. It is HTTP-only, sent only to our own site, and holds no personal data beyond a signed session reference. The app also uses your browser’s session storage to remember the team and match you were working on. We use no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To run the product: process your video, produce findings, and show your club its own data.
- To keep it private: every request is checked against your organization before any data is read or written.
- To reply when you write to us.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your footage to build products for anyone else. Video processing runs on our own infrastructure.
Where it lives
Debrief is hosted on Railway. Video and derived files are kept in private object storage; records are kept in a private database. Data travels over HTTPS.
How long we keep it
Account records stay for as long as your organization has an account. Match footage older than the retention window configured for your deployment is removed automatically by a scheduled job; findings and plans derived from it remain. You can ask us to delete an organization and everything in it at any time.
Players and minors
Match footage often shows players who did not create the account, some of them under eighteen. The club that uploads footage is responsible for having the right to record and use it. Tell us through the contact page if footage should be removed and we will act on it.
Your choices
- Sign out at any time from the account page; the session cookie is cleared.
- Ask for a copy, a correction, or the deletion of your organization’s data through the contact page.
Changes
If this statement changes materially, the date above changes with it and the change is noted in product updates.
