There is no price list here on purpose. We work with professional clubs, semi-professional and amateur clubs, and grassroots clubs, and those are not the same conversation. Every club films differently and is a different size, so we quote the shape that actually fits, after a consultation that costs you nothing.

Only what you take
A club that just wants the review takes Debrief. A club that just wants sessions takes Whiteboard. You are never charged for a tool you did not ask for.
Your size, not a bracket
One coach with one team and a club with fourteen age groups are different problems. The quote follows the number of teams and how much footage arrives, rather than pushing you into the next tier up.
Setting it up is part of it
Your game model goes in, your first match is processed with you, and the first film session comes out while we are still on the call. Nobody is handed a login and left with it.
A pilot before a commitment
A pilot runs over four weeks and several matches, not one polished demo. At the end you decide whether it is worth paying for, and the answer is allowed to be no.
ScoutLens and PlayerPath are in development and are not quoted yet. When one ships we will tell the clubs already with us what it means for their plan before anything changes.

Everything you record belongs to your organization and is never visible to another one. Ask for a copy or a deletion and you get it. The detail is on the privacy page.
One boundary, checked every time
Every request resolves to one organization before any data is read or written. Roles decide who can change a plan and who can only read it. The detail is on the security page.
Set up with a person
Your first match is processed with us alongside you: your game model in, your footage in, the first film session out.
No advertising, no resale
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your footage to build products for anyone else. There are no advertising or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
Questions about cost
Why are there no prices on this page?
Because a number without your context is either too high or too low. A club with one team that films on a phone and a club with fourteen age groups on Veo are not the same customer, and a price list would turn one of them away before we had spoken. Tell us your setup and you get a real figure quickly.
Is the quote really free?
Yes, and so is the consultation that produces it. We look at your week with you, say which tools would help and which would not, and you get a written quote at the end. Nothing is charged unless you decide to go ahead.
Can I buy just one tool?
